Get help with Teleprompter

Make sure your device runs the latest available version of the app and requires ios 18 or later. Closing and reopening the app can resolve a temporary camera, microphone, photo-library, or display issue.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can review, change, or cancel a subscription in your device's Apple Account subscription settings. Refund eligibility and billing questions are handled by Apple Support.

Camera and photo access

If a feature cannot access the camera, microphone, or photo library, open iOS Settings, find Teleprompter, and review the permissions available for the feature you are trying to use.
